Our software is not written in the Microsoft .NET development framework, but we utilize a lot of the
functionality within that framework. Sometimes with fresh installations of operating systems, before you
have a chance to download Windows updates, the following error (or similiar) may occur:

Since we include run times from the .Net framework in our installation, the first thing to try is a reinstall
of the application. If this does not work, run Windows Update and install the .Net framework componets to your
PC.
